What is the difference between refurbished and second-hand?
At GR Bazaar, all graphic calculators are inspected, refurbished, and cleaned. The internal contacts are tested, the battery is evaluated, and the exterior is cleaned as thoroughly as possible. As a result, a refurbished device is 100% functional — which is why it comes with a warranty. Second-hand devices, on the other hand, are not carefully cleaned or checked. When purchasing second-hand products, you run the risk that they may stop working after a short period of use. Even if they look like new on the outside, they can be significantly damaged internally.
What should I know about the battery condition?
The batteries have a minimum battery condition of 90%, which is sufficient for at least 3 years of uninterrupted use.
Order and Delivery
What are the shipping methods and costs?
We deliver your order within the Netherlands and Belgium via PostNL. Shipping costs €7.95 in the Netherlands and €9.95 in Belgium. For the rest of Europe, the cost is €14.95. When entering your delivery address, you can see the exact cost for shipping to your location.
What are the delivery times?
Are you ordering from us? Then we try to deliver the package to our shipping partner as quickly as possible. This usually takes about 2 to 3 business days, depending on the workload. Of course, we are also dependent on the delivery speed of PostNL.
Can I pick up my order from you?
No, that is not possible. You can have your order shipped to an address you provide, or have the package delivered to a parcel point near you.
Can I track my package?
Yes, this is possible. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Where can I find the invoice?
After placing an online order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email, which includes an invoice with all the products you ordered and their corresponding prices. This email may sometimes end up in your spam folder.
What is included in the package?
In your package, you will find the ordered graphic calculator along with any ordered accessories. If batteries are required, they will not be included due to the risk of leakage.
When will products be back in stock?
At GR Bazaar, stock levels can vary, and we do not have the same standard inventory at all times. Our website always displays the current stock. Keep an eye on our website, as inventory is regularly replenished.
What should I do if I received my product damaged?
Of course, that is not acceptable. In that case, contact our service team as soon as possible! You can reach us by email, phone, or WhatsApp. A replacement or repair will be arranged as quickly as possible.
Warranty terms
How long is the warranty?
At GR Bazaar, refurbished calculators and batteries come with a standard warranty period of 1 year. This warranty does not affect your statutory warranty rights. Additionally, extended warranty can be purchased under the same conditions, which can be found in the warranty terms.
What should I know about the battery condition?
The batteries have a minimum battery condition of 90%, which is sufficient for at least 3 years of uninterrupted use. If the battery condition falls below 70% within the warranty period, it is covered under the warranty and will be replaced free of charge.
I’m not sure if my damage is covered under the warranty, what should I do?
Our service desk is happy to help you determine whether your damage is covered under the warranty. If in doubt, always contact our service desk via email, phone, or the form on our website. This way, you can avoid sending your calculator to us unnecessarily.
Can I have something repaired if the warranty period has expired?
This depends on the type of damage to the calculator, but generally, it is not possible. The service desk can provide further assistance in such cases.
Returns and Service
How can I send back a product?
You can initiate a return by sending an email to the service desk. They will respond with questions regarding the issue. After that, you will receive a return label and can send the product back using it. If the return is within the warranty period and falls under the warranty terms, the return costs are covered by us. If the product is still under warranty but the damage falls outside the warranty terms, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What is the withdrawal period for a purchase?
You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after you or a third party designated by you have received the product. You can do this without giving any reason. After this, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.
What should I do before sending my calculator to you?
Once you have received an email with the return label, you must properly package the calculator and ensure it arrives with us in the same condition. The customer is responsible for any damage during return shipping.

What can and cannot be withdrawn?
It is important that you return the product in its original, undamaged condition. As long as the products are returned undamaged, all items can be returned within the withdrawal period.
When will my withdrawal be processed?
We will refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the product. Once we have assessed the returned item, we will proceed with the refund.
Register a Repair
How do I register my calculator for repair?
You can easily submit a device for repair via the service email. What we need for this is your order number.
Where can I find my order number?
If your order has been processed correctly in our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This contains the order number of your purchase. The order number can also be found on the invoice, which is included with every online order in the package.
What should I do before sending my calculator to you?
Once you have received an email with the return label, you must properly package the calculator and ensure it arrives with us in the same condition. The customer is responsible for any damage during return shipping.

Repair Status
How long does the repair process take?
On average, returned shipments arrive with us within 1 to 3 business days. Packages from abroad may take longer. After that, it can take up to 24 hours for us to process your product for repair. We then aim to repair your calculator within 5 business days, after which it will be shipped back to you, taking another 1 to 3 business days. Your calculator should therefore be returned repaired within 2 weeks of sending. If the calculator cannot be repaired but falls within the warranty terms, a replacement calculator of the same model will be sent to you.
Will I receive emails about the status of my repair?
Yes, we keep you informed about the status via email. We send an email when we have received your package and when it has been handed back to the carrier. If your repair takes longer than expected for any reason, we will also notify you. If you haven’t received any messages, they may have ended up in your spam folder.

How does the trade-in process work at GR Bazaar?

After this, you will receive an email with a shipping label and an estimated price.
Print the shipping label and send the device at no cost.
We will receive the product and assess its condition. You will then receive the final trade-in amount. If you agree, the amount will be paid; if not, we will return the device to you free of charge.
How is my calculator evaluated?
The price paid by GR Bazaar is based on the model and condition of the device. This includes both the cosmetic condition (like new, lightly used, or visibly used) and the functional condition (minor repair, major repair, or worthless).
The evaluation is carried out by specialists using specialized software for comprehensive functional testing and several visual inspection tools to accurately assess the cosmetic condition.
Does the device need to be charged?
A battery level of at least 20% is desirable so that we can quickly assess your device, but it is not mandatory.
How should I package the device?
Make sure the device is well-packaged, preferably in the original box, or otherwise with sufficient packing material. Use the free GR Bazaar shipping label so that the shipment is automatically insured.
How long is the shipping label valid?
The shipping label must be used within 5 business days after request. After this period, you need to submit a new request through our website.
Do I need to include any specific accessories?
Preferably, yes. Including the original accessories can increase the trade-in value.
How long does the trade-in process usually take?
We aim to keep you informed throughout the entire process, which usually takes about 1 week.
